I knew it wasn't looking good. The sprained ankle and the pain just added more oil to the fire. But still, tonight's prom! Haha. When I say I'd tide through, I really did. Had a blast too, I think x)
Hitched a ride in MuYing's dad's car. Went up with Anna & SiJie. We're forever 'You go first'. Haha! To end the 'you go first'-s, SiJie will just hook my hand and walk together. Nice` Oh yea, the lady asked me for my register number and I went 'erms.. erms.. is it 19? or 9?' TSK! Not even half a year after I graduated and I forget my register number already.
Before the whole function started, all the songs from the album Black and White was played. I guess it coincides with the theme; The Black and White Affair. Anna was singing along to some of the songs. Claps claps! So pro` I think I know only the chorus-es of some songs only xP
Hmm.. the table was just me, Anna, SiJie, HupSong&co. It was nice company. YanJie used the wine glass on the table to let me hear something. Woa! The sound was heavenly. Food wasn't anything fancy. Drink was lime juice. Hah. The joke was that I didn't even know what drink it was until I wanted a second serving. I think I looked quite alarmed that Anna and SiJie keep asking if I was okay. Haha.
Lucky draw was so _
(fill in the blank)_. Most of the winners came from 4e7. Old Man won the lucky draw also! I'll probably bug him later. Wahaha!
Competition for the title of Prom King and Queen was ha-ha. The guys had to dance while the girls had to undergo a catwalk and questioning. I think the nominees were quite sporting so it was entertaining. Lol.
Dancing was dancing. Haha! I wasn't so keen but Anna and SiJie pulled me to the dance floor. YingYing and Jodie was so high man. Dance until sweating! Haha. I was freezing cold actually; just moving around to keep myself warm. Later on, maybe I got a little high under their influence. LOL! Sang along to some of the songs, made up some funny dance moves and laughed like crazy. It just spells F-U-N!
haha.. i thought i shld haf asked G to go dance along when i saw him at the center of the floor, walking xP
I don't like the ending though. Haha. Well... I'm not going to ruin the super-nice-story with such a dumbass ending. Soo... to sum it all up into my limited brain space, I had a blast and it'll be something I'd remember. P.S I'll upload pics sometime later.
P.P.S The night sky was empty. Not the moon or even a star peeping out.
